Lagos In Pictures (LIP) Photography Contest (www.facebook.com/lagosinpictures)
LIP is a free-entry bi-monthly facebook-driven photography contest with two broad categories centred around a theme. Amateur and Professional photographers send in their entry picture(s) and a short essay to explain their illustrations.
The maiden edition of the Lagos In Pictures photography contest starts on Thursday, 11th November, 2011 with the theme: 'Dreams in a Destination'. You can check it out here
Participants will get their friends to like their picture. The 3 pictures with the highest likes after the first 30 days will be nominated as the star pictures and a fresh round of 'invitations to like' is sent out to friends and the picture with the highest like after the second round is adjudged the winner of that season!
